Slice Consulting employed two teams to work with the Professional Golfers' Association of Central New York on both fundraising and marketing projects. Both teams worked with the PGA to design and implement a marketing strategy for their fundraising campaign. Consultants worked closely with a large network of alumni and students. The team created and planned a social media campaign designed to build exposure for the fundraising campaign. The team worked closely on the Veterans Project, which encourages local veterans to get free golf lessons and equipment through the PGA. Our consultants were able to drive more traffic to the landing page, resulting in an increased click-through rate of 3% and meeting the fundraising goal of $10,000.

Ch'ulel

Project Managers: Mariana Godinez-Andraca and Keif Timmins

On the Ch'ulel project, Slice Consulting spearheaded a fundraising campaign for a Mexican eco-tourism experience. Consultants established a marketing foothold by creating an investment brochure. Extensive research into the Campeche region of Mexico as well as the eco-tourism industry allowed Slice Consulting to bring a developmental vision into digestible business terms. The team then conducted market research. This included interviews with developers from similar projects, giving insight for Ch'ulel's best approach. The team also searched and found potential investors whose ideals aligned with the Ch'ulel vision.
