Central New York PGA



Project Managers: Chris DeBlasio and Dylan Lehouiller
Slice Consulting employed two teams to work with the Professional Golfers' Association of Central New York on both fundraising and marketing projects. Both teams worked with the PGA to design and implement a marketing strategy for their fundraising campaign. Consultants worked closely with a large network of alumni and students. The team created and planned a social media campaign designed to build exposure for the fundraising campaign. The team worked closely on the Veterans Project, which encourages local veterans to get free golf lessons and equipment through the PGA. Our consultants were able to drive more traffic to the landing page, resulting in an increased click-through rate of 3% and meeting the fundraising goal of $10,000.
House of Psalms

Consultants of Slice Consulting were employed to create a brand image and social media presence for House of Psalms. The marketing team first analyzed House of Psalms‘ brand image to pinpoint areas of improvement. They then developed a marketing plan and physical marketing materials such as business cards and pamphlets to enhance brand image and recognition. Our team also created a marketing drive for House of Psalms including Canva templates, base marketing materials, pamphlet designs, instructions, etc. so that they would be able to create their own marketing materials in the future. On social media, our team started to create an online presence to garner more attention to the brand. They have achieved their goal of gathering more than 100 and as of today, the House of Psalms Instagram page has reached over 180 followers.


Midtown Utica Community Center

Ch'ulel
Project Managers: Mariana Godinez-Andraca and Keif Timmins
On the Ch'ulel project, Slice Consulting spearheaded a fundraising campaign for a Mexican eco-tourism experience. Consultants established a marketing foothold by creating an investment brochure. Extensive research into the Campeche region of Mexico as well as the eco-tourism industry allowed Slice Consulting to bring a developmental vision into digestible business terms. The team then conducted market research. This included interviews with developers from similar projects, giving insight for Ch'ulel's best approach. The team also searched and found potential investors whose ideals aligned with the Ch'ulel vision.


ACR Health
Project Managers: Annie Xu and Sabrina Lussier
The ACR Health data analytics team built out a dashboard designed to showcase all of the ACR healthcare services offered. The team researched and compiled extensive data from 13 different counties to build a comprehensive data set.

Midtown Utica Community Center
Project Manager: Aaron Mooney
The MUCC marketing project team completed a thorough analysis of the client website and compiled suggestions to strengthen their marketability. The team also assisted with developing and exploring new signage ideas for the community center and traveling signs. Lastly, the team developed brand guidelines and created materials to contribute to the overall cohesion of branding including posting guidelines, logo analysis, materials such as letterhead and email signatures, t-shirt designs.

Pactriglo
Project Manager: Mariana Godinez-Andraca
The Pactriglo Slice team worked closely with Pactriglo to design a marketing strategy for the organization. This included researching and creating a marketing plan to get Pactriglo to participate in the 2024 NY Tech Week, creating a competitive matrix for the company. Lastly, the team worked to revise and simplify the Pactriglo website to get their services featured more prominently and attract more clients.

Many Hands
Project Manager: Harris Burkhart
The Many Hands Slice marketing project team team designed a comprehensive brand kit for Many Hands. The team researched market trends for local non-profits in order to build a brand kit that was cohesive for the network Many Hands is attempting to reach.They have incorporated the synergy created by the original design while crafting a modern and aesthetically pleasing brand kit.
